Tell Us Your Story
YOUR STORY IS INSPIRATIONAL
Music transcends boundaries. So do the reasons for wanting to play music. We’d love to hear your story. How will a violin, viola or cello make a difference in the lives of your students, or your community group? What will you do with it?
To be considered for a free violin, viola or cello, download this form, and simply tell your story. Please, only one application per school or group. When you are done, submit it to us at yourstory@stringsfortomorrow.com. Use only the space provided in the form to tell your story. We’ll respond as soon as we’re able. Mahalo!
BOB & HIS KIDS (AND ADULTS) INSPIRE US!
Bob and his students live on Molokai. Joanna met them when she was there playing with the Galliard String Quartet. Since 2004, instrumental music classes have not been offered at Molokai middle and high schools. As part of the 21st Century grant program, Bob teaches violin classes twice weekly at all of the public elementary schools on Molokai. In an environment where grant money is harder and harder to find, we are inspired by teachers like Bob.
